I've been told I'm and observer, a descent listener, I can probably say where that stems from, but I'll just let you wonder what I mean by that...HAHA
As I embark on this fun and exciting quest to follow Jesus, I find myself doin' things I never imagined. As I mentioned before I can look back and see where some of the pieces go together for today, For what the Good LORD is preparing me for. While I was running from the LORD all angry, I can remember talking to some of my dudes many times, saying, "GOD gave me a big heart, but it scares me because this big heart can get ugly." I mean I was always 'Daniel against the world, The world against Daniel'....So all those years I was a perfect candidate for Discipleship. Thou shalt not love the things of the world, Right??
I should probably makes some kind of point here....The Bible says, the world behind you and the cross before you!! With the world behind me, I can be the gentle person the God has created me to be, not a worldly crazy person that I was.
Lord, please help me to never take my eyes of of you Lord, always showing Godly character at all times, through every situation in all directions...sowing seed, and arising when you call my name. Thank you Jesus for your grace, thank you for your desire, I love and praise you. AMEN
